Making A Difference

Maddd Equities has built more than 5,000 affordable homes and rental units across NYC, leveraged over $500 million in economic development for the Bronx and is committed to local hiring of M/WBE (minority and/or women owned businesses enterprise) businesses. In addition, Maddd has provided quality community spaces for entities such as pre-K centers, early learning and childcare centers, healthcare facilities, grocery stores and other local retail vital to helping establish vibrant neighborhoods.

The Madruga Foundation contributes to a variety of non-profit organizations and community partners in the New York Metropolitan area and beyond.
